Can you guess?
I bet you can guess. So I don't even have to type it.
this is a dead pack.
i do agree with the picks i missed as well.
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Next... Courtly Provocateur Wild Guess Captain's Call Pillarfield Ox Divination Hydrosurge Centaur Courser Trumpet Blast Sign in Blood Mind Rot
I could see an argument for either Sign in Blood or Captain's Call here. I think the two Crusaders tip it to the Call.
Sign in Blood
I've never really had Cap. call work out for me.
Call. And I hope we get at least one Protector to go with the Crusaders we already have ^^
Hey I just met you,
And this is crazy, But you all see where this is going. Captain's Call (maybe?).
Call. Usually I'd hate taking it over Sign in Blood
Sign in Blood. This deck is packing some real power. I want to get to that power faster.
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Captain's Call Next... Fungal Sprouting Show of Valor Primal Huntbeast Angel's Mercy Arbor Elf Unsummon Mind Rot Essence Drain Downpour
Essence Drain is solid here. Looks like it's shaping up to be a very solid deck overall.
I don't really care for Essence Drain
Essence Drain
Also, while it is too late to go green now, I have to wonder what is happening over there with a Primal Huntbeast rotating this late.
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Captain's Call Essence Drain Next... Jayemdae Tome Phyrexian Hulk Tricks of the Trade Warclamp Mastiff Vastwood Gorger Dragon Hatchling Goblin Battle Jester Craterize Warclamp Mastiff, though I wouldn't feel awful about Jayemdae Tome (Wow, I can't believe I used that sentence in regards to a seventh pick.)
Tough choice, but not of this would make the deck. Mastiff is the best sideboard option.
Our late-game doesn't need the Hulk at all, but our early-game might need the Mastiff in some match-ups.
Our 1 and 2 drop slot are pretty light so Mastiff for the sideboad.
Tome. A deck with WW and BB playables could use the occasional hit of card advantage. When you play it you're prob going to activate the tome at least twice, and when you need cards the most (mid-to-late game).
We currently have enough creature card playables to justify NOT drafting a terrible card like mastiff.
Hulk for me as well, but I don't expect to play anything from this pack.
Warclamp Mastiff. It also works well with exalted - they need twice as many dudes to block and kill it.
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Captain's Call Essence Drain Warclamp Mastiff Next... Divine Favor Archaeomancer Mogg Flunkies Negate Battleflight Eagle Merfolk of the Pearl Trident Goblin Battle Jester
Oddly I think Divine Favor is the pick here. 5 mana eagles aren't the best, and the toughness can be a big boon.
I hate the eagle, but it's the best pick, giving a bonus to an exalted attacker AND evasion. Once.
I really don't want to play two Eagles, much less another five drop. Our Angels and Nighthawks already have flying too, but I don't think Divine Favor is good enough. If it were a Dark Favor I think that would be the pick.
Eagle would not make the deck and would be unlikely sideboard. Divine Favor might be sided in.
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Captain's Call Essence Drain Warclamp Mastiff Divine Favor Next... Blood Reckoning Elixir of Immortality Dark Favor Evolving Wilds Battleflight Eagle Negate
The deck is already so good, the best pick is Evolving Wilds to help with the CCs.
We would get passed a dark favor after picking a divine.
Evolving Wilds.
Evolving Wilds
Yea, wilds it is. Tho I'd prefer a Dark Favor over a Divine Favor.
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Captain's Call Essence Drain Warclamp Mastiff Divine Favor Evolving Wilds Next... Courtly Provocateur Dragon Hatchling Trumpet Blast Wall of Fire Bloodthrone Vampire
Pack 1:
Serra Angel Pacifism Essence Drain Pacifism Knight of Glory Kitesail War Falcon Rhox Faithmender Disentomb Chandra's Fury Ring of Thune Mind Rot Hydrosurge Index Pack 2: Vampire Nighthawk Serra Angel Crusader of Odric Pacifism Angelic Benediction Battleflight Eagle Silvercoat Lion Safe Passage Plummet Spiked Baloth Tormented Soul Zombie Goliath Harbor Serpent Index Pack 3: Crusader of Odric Vampire Nighthawk Servant of Nefarox Duty-Bound Dead Captain's Call Essence Drain Warclamp Mastiff Divine Favor Evolving Wilds Bloodthrone Vampire Next... Smelt Guardian Lions Erase Tormented Soul Next... Dark Favor Merfolk of the Pearl Trident Harbor Serpent Next... Hydrosurge Trumpet Blast And finally... Angel's Mercy
Interesting, I think both Erase and Tormented Soul work as pick 1. Next is Dark Favor, then Trumpet Blast then Angel's Mercy.
I prefer Soul over erase, oddly. I think our deck can push through some serious damage, and an extra few points might make the difference over the Rancor counter-tech. So,
Soul Dark Favor Blast Mercy
Tormented Soul

Wow, this draft is solid. I'd be surprised for this deck if it didn't get pretty far. Though having 2x plains and 2x swamps might cost it a game or two.
Great draft guys. Most of them I feel a bit iffy on, but this one really came together for us.
Just the two Angels/Nighthawks alone make it fun to play. Oh, and the 3 Pacifisms I suppose, that's a pretty solid deck right there.
