DLC is released on Tues/Wednesdays (Re: the 11th/12th). Today is Monday....

i honestly cant understand why the silence on when the new decks are being released. I havnt played 2013 in over a month a think, and out of the almost 20 ppl on my list who play DotP i have only the same 2 ppl play this game still. Everyone else on my list stopped playing awhile ago too.

I agree.
Calling them "freedom haters" as the OP does, just seems odd though.
Chancellor of the Spires  is one of the worst cards in the deck. With only two of them, you are almost never going to get one in your starting hand. If you do get it in your starting hand, it will just sit there. If you want to know if they will be released on a week check majornelson.com/. He has always posted the releases in the "Content coming soon to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace" posts. If you do not see it there it is not coming out that week.
