Gates are strictly worse than shocklands. Even if you rarely want to take the shock, it's still nice to have the option, because sometimes you just need to cast that wrath to not die that turn.
I think you probably will want some O-rings in this. That zombie troll dude gets around red removal and wraths rather easily (Terminus notwithstanding).
Hopefully we get some kind of instant white exile spell. Probably not, but a guy can dream.
It needs more beats. Gotta be able to end the game with more than three guys. Terminus and 4-of Augur seem meh to me atm, almost like overkill. I think you could use these slots to add in more creatures and go a little more midrange like the old Angelfire.
I'm gonna be the one to say it:
flicker a snapcaster or an augur, or just use it as a 3/4 flier with flash.
I know the list looks rough, but that was just 20 minutes of brainstorming. I'm having difficulties as to which direction I should take the deck.
I can take it pure UW Miracle control, UWr Angelfire or UWb (because of Lingering Souls). My brain is tilting towards lingering souls or the pure version. I can also see the untapped potential of RWb control peeking its head too. I'm pretty braindead at the moment and my head is only spitting out GW lists. I'll revisit this if I feel revitalised about the concept.
esper doesn't have the guild support like UWR does.
