Why does Populate have to specify "that you control?" Ah.
Because it doesn't target, and therefore would allow you to do clone'esque effects on selesnya vs selesnya battles or really anywhere that tokens would come up. That would dramatically push the power of propagate.

I like her
the +1 kinda protects her, the -3 deals with problem permants (most likely Planeswalkers in these colors) and the ultimate gives you 3 Phage the Untouchable  , cute
I would have prefered her at 4CMC and 4 loyalty, but I guess this works as well
4mana would have been broken...
I like her to bad she's too expensive...(money-wise)

The "destroy target X" ability was expected from a gorgon.
I thought she'd have a one sided board wipe as ultimate though.
And hoped she would be more Lamia-esque. (but apparently that's not WotC's take on gorgos)
Her abilities are all kind of protective. While they're quite lethal, they all read "don't hurt me".
+ is a shield, - is a pre-emptive strike, ult is a distaction.
She was really traumatized from her near-death experience, wasn't she?
I don't use PW that often so I'm not thaaat exited, but I guess she's not bad and she has awesome flavor for sure.

Why would they even attack it? This isn't Gideon we're talking about. They'll just attack you and finish the game.
Yeah this is an issue. Opponent can mostly just ignore her if he is already winning. Not comparable to Gideon who comes in and protects his controller.
And if you deal any kind of harm to her, say, a random pillar of flame or one attack or something, it takes her a long time grind herself back to a threat with her slow-ish +1 ability.
She will see play, but shes not a game-changer imo. I think shes best in a deck that manages to keep the board clear of threats by other means, so the vindicate has a bigger effect and the ultimate might even be a threat. Maybe splash her to some mono-B control by the power of chromatic lantern or something..
I hope I will get to say "Hey, your shoelace is untied!"

This card is insane. I would say definitely in Top 5 Planeswalker cards ever.
It's really not even about giving niche cards to black.
It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

Gideon should be in that list too.
Yeah I don't think its worth paying an extra 2 mana compared to Lili of the Veil just so you can choose which creature your opponent sacrifices.
