So the card reads "All lands are swamps in addition to their other types". My question is, if I have an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in play, then cast a spell like farseak, can I get any land in my deck?

No. Urborg  only affects lands on the battlefield. The land cards in your library are not swamps unless they say they are.

No. 609.2. Effects apply only to permanents unless the instruction’s text states otherwise or they clearly can apply only to objects in one or more other zones.
