As an aspiring police officer, i find that its only fitting to have a deck that enforces the law. Law is something that i understand and comes naturaly to me. Now the obvious choice to take would be to join the Azorius Guild. however im not much for beaurocracy or debate. im a man of action. which leads me to believe that i would do well to join the Boros Legion. all the personality tests ive taken have either put me as R/W or W/U. so im unsure. i dont know much about the flavor of either. Are the Azorius aggressive in their enforcement of the law? more or less its the Azorius that i dont know much about. could anyone help please?

What he said. Also, the Azorius are very much into the inaction thing .

The Boros are the Law Enforcing Hero Who Himself Breaks the Law Because He's Depending on Your Politics Badass or Creepily Fascist (see: every superhero comic, every cop flick) pretty much exactly, yeah.

Boros include the Wojek, who are the cops of Ravnica (at least, this used to be true).
The Azorious are closer to politicians, although they have their own brand of law enforcement too, they are fairly far removed from what we think of as a police force.

Don't the Azorius have their own law-enforcement forces? I was under that impression from the "letter" that Thoctar posted here. Anyway, do you want a deck that represents "Law", or do you want one that represents law-enforcement? The first option is a bit more open to interpretation and could take numerous forms depending on how you view Law. The second option is probably easier to interpret and should (in my opinion) be a deck that starts slow and defensive with lots of non-removal disabling effects ( Pacifism and the like), but can also lash out really quickly if it wanted. Alternatively, you could combine the two by making a deck that literally "lays down the law" with various cards that prohibit certain actions for the players (or only your enemies) and punish them for doing so. On another note: If you become a police officer, be sure to not try and be too Boros

Frankly I don't see why you want to be a Boros. There's being part of the police force, and then there's being a murderous quasi-fascist that makes even the Knights Templar cower in fear.

I can say, without exaggerating, that if you would let the regular police officers have their way, it would become Boros-like really fast. The disdain for legal protection they have is staggering. "Why would a suspect want a lawyer during an interrogation? It only makes it harder for us to catch criminals."

It's true! Agrus was a drug addict.
