How does this lose flying when it doesn't have it to begin with?
Also, pretty much all Magic games are played indoors, rendering this pointless.
It was meant to have flying.
And does your second point make Ladies' Knight  irrelevant?
Any players can bring women's clothing knowing that someone might be using Ladies' Knight.
