Does spelltwine (if casted from the graveyard, and then resolves targeting another spell in my graveyard) count as two triggers for my Burning Vengeance ?

No, because you exile the cards, copy them, and cast the copies.

Rules question? Have you read the Basic rulebook already? No? Why not take some time to do that?

How to autocard (do this to specify a card in your posts):
Type [c]Black Lotus[/c] to get Black Lotus .
Type [c=Black Lotus]The Overpowered One[/c] to get The Overpowered One .

The copies are cast from the exile zone. They will not trigger burning vengeance.

They are copied in exile? There isn't a special zone for those? I remember that in mtg online it appeared so.

if you copy something it is created where the original is

the special zone might be the "limbo" between exile and stack where you choose modes, targets etc., MTGO loves to use that
