I was thinking about what power cards white will have post rotation, and how it's losing a ton of power when the scars block rotates. There is W/X humans, but that deck hasn't been very consistent lately from what I've seen. After Sun Titan  , Hero of Bladehold  , Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite  , Day of Judgment  , Jideon Jura  , Blade Splicer  rotate the color seems castrated. The power cards left will be Restoration Angel  , Geist of Saint Traft  (Delver looks like it might take a hit too, which hits Geist), Oblivion ring  (Whites all around most powerful card imo), possibly champion of the parish  and Sublime Archangel  . I've felt that white has played a Robin to the other colors Batman lately, but I wonder if it is going to take a further backseat soon. Return to Ravinica can change all of this, but it will need to boost white a ton to get it on the level of B/G/U. Red is another Robin, but that is for another thread.

White seems to be the second strongest color in Standard going into RTR, after Green. There's no way that White is playing second fiddle to Black right now. If it weren't for Zombies, Black would be non-existent in the meta (disregarding the janky Black Market builds). As you mentioned, White has the true beatsticks of Delver, in Geist and Restoration Angel. I could easily see a tempo-based W/u deck dominating early on, without knowledge of the new set.
If you want to complain about any color, it should be Red. This is one of the first formats in a while where Red doesn't have a decent Aggro build... or Midrange build... or Control build. Take away Thundermaw and Bonfire, and what do you have?

well you still have Magmaquake  , Cleaver Riot  and Blasphemous Act  .... on top of that from Innistrad up to M13, if I am not mistaken from these 4 sets, I think there is more draw cards now then there has been for quite awhile now that was mainly for a red deck without the splashing for a different color.

Why spend 5 mana for that when you can spend 1 mana for assault strobe  ?
Next thing you will tell me Browbeat  is bad.

It was revealed to me in a dream. All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold. I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.
EDIT: I just remembered. The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.
EDIT2: Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this. My opponents have been very angry. I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch. Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.
EDIT3: Streak broken. Lost to an unexpected Overrun.  Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.
