i have casted Zealous Conscripts and gained control of a permanent that my opponent controls. when i flicker that permanent will that permanent return as mine or will my opponent get it back?

with the AVR flickers you get to keep it, with older flickers they get it back

another question on the same subject. i use the 0 loyalty ability of Gideon Jura . attack. at the second main phase can i flicker him and use another ability or will he be a simple 6/6 creature?

he will return as an unanimated Gideon Jura with 6 counters (no matter how many he had)
you can use any of his abilities

depends on the wording of the ability
does it say return under its controller's control? or its owner's control?

the former will return it under your control because you are the controller
the latter will return it under the opponent's control because he is the owner

no, he won't be a creature at all
when you flicker a permanent, the game creates and removes two game objects
1) it creates a Gideon Jura in exile and removes the animated Gideon Jura from the battlefield
2) then it creates a Gideon Jura on the battlefield and removes the Gideon Jura in exile

the Gideon Jura that returns is not the same game object that was on the battlefield before the flicker happened so it does not have the "become a 6/6 soldier creature" effect on it that the other had 

as a bonus, you can use a loyalty ability of this "new" Jura because it hasn't used a loyalty ability this turn
