If i use Proliferate on my planeswalker with 4 loyal counters on it, how many will it have after prolifirate?

Either 4 or 5. When you proliferate, you can choose to add one additional counter of a type it already has. Proliferating won't let you put more than one counter on it, no matter how many it already has.

Is the link some joke I'm not getting? Anyway, to proliferate  you choose any number of permanents, then on each one of those you put a counter of a kind it already has. So your planeswalker will go from 4 to 5 loyalty counters.
