This is just laughable. I thought Desert was bad, but this was the laughing stock of a cycle of legendary lands that included Gaea's Cradle and Tolarian Academy . Was the Cradle on the reserved list?
So they did a cycle for the five colors (white Windbrisk, blue Coliseum, black Urborg, red this, green Dryad Arbor). I'd swap the blue and red ones for Academy Ruins and Barbarian Ring myself.

Excited? Maybe. I'm still pretty happy to see this over other things it could have been. This is good in any monocolored red deck and especially in multiplayer. I play it and it often goes unnoticed until you use it once.

When playing Commander, before you add a card to your deck, you have to ask yourself: "Is this card better than Rings ?" If you play commander and don't have your deck[s] in the Decklist Compendium, maybe you should. Or if you're new or looking into the format, the compendium has some good advice for beginners as well as decklists.
