Todays M13 card to rate is... Fungal Sprouting Spoiler:
Show
5.0: First pick no matter what pack. 4.5: First pick pack 1. 4.0: I will strongly consider playing this as the only card of its color. 3.5: I feel a strong pull into this card’s color. 3.0: This card makes me want to play this color. 2.5: Several cards of this power level start to pull me to this color. 2.0: Should generally make the deck if in this color. 1.5: Decent filler. 1.0: 23rd card if you have to. 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in. 0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).
I'm not really a big fan of this card. Most of the time it will average out at around 2-3 which puts it on par with Captain's Call . The reason I don't like this is much though is because the opponent can screw you up on this one. Killing your biggest dude in reponse can be annoying. 1.5 Discuss!

I'm 1.0 on this card, but I suppose in W/G with Griffin Protector it could be alright.

2 for me. Green has lots of big creatures so this normally nets you 4 1/1's (or 3 at the worst). My record is 12 1/1's on turn 6!

I wanted to like this card, but I don't. Duskdale Wurm is the best target I've seen, but I would rather just have the 3 soldiers consistantly.
1.0, maybe 1.5 in a deck the is well suited for it.

Those who fear the darkness have never seen what the light can do.
I've seen angels fall from blinding heights. But you yourself are nothing so divine. Just next in line.

It goes well with Bloodthrone Vampire , Dark Favor , Rancor , Crusader of Odric , Griffin Protector , and exalted creatures, but it's hard to make it broken and it is often just Captain's Call in a deck that doesn't need Captain's Call.

There are plenty of guys big enough in green to make it worthwhile. I've never had it be less than 3 tokens.

I think this is really meant for the Green-White or Green-Black exalted deck (where you have a huge guy post-attack and can utilize the many small bodies for chumping or attacking w/Exalted). I'd give it 1.5 since it's probably just worse than Captain's Call in general, but it has a bit more potential in the right deck.
