This is a budget friendly sligh deck, the whole goal is to get the opponent to 0 as fast as possible with effecient creatures that hit fast. Again this is a budget deck so bonfires, etc. can't be added now.

Also i am trying to keep this block oriented as i do not want to be buying cards that rotate soon, except the burn cards which i already.

creatures
reckless waif x3
stromkirk noble x4
stonewright x4
vexing devil x4

dragon hatchling x2
lightning mauler x4
mogg flunkies x3

fervent cathar x2
hellrider x2

pillar of flame x3
shock x3
devil's play x2
incinerate x3

mountains x19
ghost quarter x2

sideboard is still being worked on probably have mana barbs, artifact and gy hate and some type of mark of mutiny threat.

some of the cards seem suspect i know. this is a rough first list, the dragon hatchling looks cute but a flyer that i can sink mana into and he can block some delvers seems alright to me.
Fervant cathar fits the 3 spot on my curve and haste, and near unblockabilty seems legit to me. but i may be wrong.
devil's play will be there to try to catch anything that is too big or simply just shoot to the face for the win.
also i don't need to be told vexing devil is bad, if they want to take 4 to the face thats fine, i don't play him turn 1 anyways cause im not bad, wait till turn 3-4 and see what they like when taking 4 to the face hurts a whole lot.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Baby dragon is actually pretty terrible since you'll be leaving mana open just to pump the thing up.  At one toughness, even in draft that guy isn't great unless your opponent has zero flyers. Furnace Whelp starts with 2 power, again not great but could allow you to chump Spirit tokens and to cast other spells...but would up the curve a bit.  And with Stonewright you already have firebreathing.   With all those creatures you could easily use 4 Brimstone Volley .  -> maybe a $1.5?

I would suggest taking out fervent cathar, hes not really that good, the unblockability is nice but your late game goal is to abuse guys like hellrider, If you need a 3 mana slot to fill I would suggest instead using Thatcher Revolt < /span> . Thatcher Revolt < /span> + hellrider is 3 damage to the enemy right away plus its too many bodies to block at once, your going to get through with them either way. dragon hatchling is cute but for this match I would take him out, for him to be useful your going to always have to pump him for mana, I'd take him both of them out and put in either 2 hellrider s or 1 hellrider and a thundermaw hellkite , considering this is a budget deck probably not the hellkite.

maybe if you kept the dragon in you could mix in fling , pump him up on turn 5 to 3 attack then swing with gim and then fling him at the enemy for 6 damage total, you could do the same for stonewright ; although probably not that likely, just an idea.

Hanweir Lancer < /span> might be a good guy to put in that 3 mana slot, makes your guys more dangerous, plus him and stonewright sounds like it might be a fun combo. Havengul Vampire < /span> might be good, him + thatcher revolt would turn him into a fatty pretty fast. Instigator Gang < /span> would be a great addition to this deck, even when he isn't transformed he can be a very big nuisance for your enemy. Bloodcrazed Neonate < /span> might be good for your deck as a 2 drop, she has to attack every turn, but thats not really a big deal in your deck. if you really like the idea of making your enemy not block then Kruin Outlaw < /span> is by far a better answer then fervent cathar , she fits nicely into the 3 slot and when she is human she still isn't that bad a 2/2 with first strike will kill most creatures in the first 3 turns.

theres a lot of choices, you should add in some spells like Mark of Mutiny < /span> as well, just make this deck about attacking constantly and possessing their creatures and it could be a very viable rush deck.

on a side note I would take out the ghost quarter s if this is a rush deck land destruction isn't going to be one of your top priorities, if you want to run a specialty land I would run Contested War Zone < /span> even though it is from the scars block.

I will agree that the dragon is not very good, i have taken him out and put some brimestone volleys in. On fervent cathar, some of the games i have played with him he is an absolute beast, hold him back until the opponent plays , like a titan, play this and win has been a very good play.

I have taken the ghost quaters out as i found it to not need the ld destruction.

So far this deck is very very fast when it works. some of my favorite turns are

turn 1 noble
turn 2  lightning mauler hit for 3 damage
turn 3  play a guy/burn then hit for 5

others that i love is
turn 1 a guy
turn 2 mogg fanatics, swing for 1 probably
turn 3 lightning mauler on the mogg swing for 6.

very fast turns and this deck can play off of 2-3 guys on board and sit with burn in hand. it also can put people on 4-5 turn clocks especially the mogg+mauler combo.

stonewright has also done loads of work,
