If I have a Legend and I make a copy of it, except the copy has " The "legend rule" doesn't apply ", does the copy stay? I believe it does, but I wanted to check here first. I'm pretty sure there isn't a way to do this, but this is "Rules Theory", right? Okay, thanks.
What a shame, I thought your previous one was fantastic.

not sure if a card like that works
there are 2 possible outcomes depending on the exact wording either both the original and the copy survive, or just the copy survives (because the Legend rule still applies to the original)

If was worded just like Mirror Gallery is, then neither the copy nor the original would go to the graveyard.

Note that that might not do quite what you want. In particular, if you have a copy of Isamaru, Hound of Konda but give it the text of Mirror Gallery , that copy won't just stop annihilation of itself, but also of any other duplicate legends. The guy who drops 4 copies of Kokusho, the Evening Star might be irritated with you, for example, although the guy making hundreds of Brothers Yamazaki off a Soul Foundry would definitely thank you. (I've actually built that last deck, albeit using the original Mirror Gallery rather than a custom card that doesn't exist.)

Yeah, I would suggest the Brothers Yamazaki wording: "You may have ~ enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield. The Legend Rule does not apply to ~." It would definitely save the Copy, and probably kill the Original. For reference: 704.5k. If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are on the battlefield, all are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule." If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesn't apply.

I always though how evil twin should had a clause: the legendry rule dose not aply to chosen creature or evil twin. I am really surprised they haven't made a something like this in a commander box I've been wanting one for a while.

The rule suggests two other ways to avoid the legend rule for the copy: 704.5k. If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are on the battlefield, all are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule." If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesn't apply. Sakashima the Imposter shows the possibility of a copy having a different name, and copying without the "legendary" supertype is also possible.
No, I am not a judge. That's why I like to quote sources such as the rules that trump judges.
