Nope!  Last FNM I played U/W.  I think my best decks in this format have been U/W, so when it's open, I'll go for it.  That said, I haven't felt that W/B have been open as often as other colors (especially red).

JBTM:  the problem with control is that it's just so hard to hold the board.  A single ring, a few exalted guys, a sleep, or even just an unanswered evasion guy all spell "gg" for you, because you will never draw as many removal spells as they have creatures.  There are so many ways to break stalls that a slow control deck that gives its opponent time to draw one of them is likely to lose.  You need to be proactive rather than durdling around, dropping a blocker or 2, and killing them on turn 20.

It is hard, but doable.  Walls help a lot with holding down the board - Wall of Fire , Fog Bank , Kraken Hatchling all good.
Exalted isn't really a big problem because attacking with only one creature makes your removal that much better by stopping most of their turn.  Also, plans like that tend to walk into Cower in Fear or Chandra's Fury blowouts since they're made up of a lot of x/1 guys.  I got a 6-for-1 with Cower just this weekend.  Rings don't matter much because you can generally keep the creatures under control.
Sure they can draw into answers if you're too slow, but that's always a risk with any kind of control deck.  It can take practice to find a good balance between getting enough control and being able to end the game, but I think these three colors have awesome tools for it.  Bladetusk Boar , Harbor Bandit , Furnace Whelp , and any number of blue fliers are good.  Burn and Essence Drain also double as reach when they can finish the game.

Hydrosurge is bad. It was hard coming up with two cards for because it is a pretty awful color combination. Hydrosurge can maybe be played in this deck as a 23rd card if you didn't get any growths though, I don't think it is possible to play it in any other deck (since it only helps a creature defensively).

It's great sideboard against exalted plans when you need to race or just stall.  It's as good as Fog against them, with the possibility of being a combat trick to actually kill something.

It was revealed to me in a dream.  All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.

FULL DISCLOSURE:  The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold.  I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.

EDIT: I just remembered.  The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.

EDIT2:  Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this.  My opponents have been very angry.  I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch.  Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.

EDIT3: Streak broken.  Lost to an unexpected Overrun.    Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.

also, I've been playtesting this deck in my sleep today
that kinda freaked me out

i am yet to beat the b/w exalted deck. that may be because my removal has been somewhat lacking, which just goes to show how valuable spot removal is. duty-bound dead is just so strong as a t1 play.

@ TEA_DEMON - Play more Chandra's Fury . The weak spot of exalted isn't their attacking creature. It's their backfield. Fury won't get all of them, but it gets a substantial number of the exalted backers.
D&D rules were never meant to exist without the presence of a DM. RAW is a lie.
