When Sakashima The Imposter copies a creature with, say, a +1/+5 aura on it, does Sakashima copy everything on that creature, giving itself that +1/+5 as well?

No, it doesn't copy any attachments or tokens on the creature. It's just like if you photocopied the creature's card and put it over sakashima, except for her specific exceptions.

No. You just copy the base characteristics of the creature. Effects applied to that creature are not copied (with a short list of exceptions which doesn't matter to your scenario). 706.2. When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object's characteristics and, for an object on the stack, choices made when casting or activating it (mode, targets, the value of X, whether it was kicked, how it will affect multiple targets, and so on). The "copiable values" are the values derived from the text printed on the object (that text being name, mana cost, color indicator, card type, subtype, supertype, expansion symbol, rules text, power, toughness, and/or loyalty), as modified by other copy effects, by "as . . . enters the battlefield" and "as . . . is turned face up" abilities that set characteristics, and by abilities that caused the object to be face down. Other effects (including type-changing and text-changing effects), status, and counters are not copied.

when you copy a card it is copied "as printed" the only exception are "copy effects", in this case the "copy effect" is adding the Legendary type and changing the name note that "copy effects" will "trickle down", for example if you have a Clone copying Sakashima the Impostor copying Grizzly Bears both would be Legendary Sakashimas and be moved to the graveyard because of the Legend Rule
