I've been trying to do something with mono blue for awhile and I like this. The premise is to just bounce everything and stall until you can win with Black Vise or Ebony Owl Netsuke . Muddle the Mixture  is for tutoring Trade Secrets and Arcane Laboratory . I know about Remand , Acadamy Ruins and The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale  but those cards are out of my price range. I am at on a ~$50 budget. I'm curious what other cards I could include in a deck like this? What could stop it, I'm thinking burn, how would I deal with burn? Help please? 

Notes: The deck is named Mardi Gras after the genre of music called "bounce" that originated in New Orleans. I'm playing casual, and our play group isn't very serious, but I want the deck to be good, it's for multiplayer and one on one, and I want it to be Vintage legal if possible.
