My deck is an exercise in greediness. This Deck was built in 0:16:52Total Deck Size: 4017 Lands --------------- 1 Forest 7 Mountain 7 Swamp 1 Hellion Crucible 1 Rootbound Crag 17 Creatures --------------- 1 Arms Dealer 2 Bloodhunter Bat 1 Bloodthrone Vampire 1 Canyon Minotaur 1 Crimson Muckwader 1 Fire Elemental 1 Giant Scorpion 2 Goblin Arsonist 2 Goblin Battle Jester 1 Liliana's Shade 1 Rummaging Goblin 1 Torch Fiend 2 Vampire Nighthawk 6 Other Spells --------------- 1 Cower in Fear 1 Krenko's Command 2 Searing Spear 1 Titanic Growth 1 Turn to Slag Clearly Nighthawks and Bats are Plan A. The admittedly greedy Titanic Growth splash allows for massive lifegain swings with the Nighthawk, functions as a Lava Axe, and helps defend against damage-based forms of removal (which the Nighthawks are susceptible to). Pushing anything at all through (hopefully Fire Elemental and the Hellion token) with Arms Dealer and Battle Jester forms Plan B. The difficult to block Muckwader, Bloodthrone Vampire and Liliana's Shade provide a weak Plan C. I know I cut the Essence Drain; I figured this build was already being greedy so I went with the Turn to Slag since it can deal with larger things, rings, and activates the Jester. Just another comment about the pool in general: Hydra and Silklash Spider are both amazing green cards. But they both need double green. If you do attempt to splash them, you don't want the Farseek, since it can't find forests. Take the Ranger's Path.

Does nobody else like the thought of the blue? The evasion this deck runs is great. As we see, the black creatures are fairly awesome, and the blue offers unsummons if we need to save Nighthawks from removal or reuse Bloodhunter Bat's ability, as well as the obvious use of bouncing opponents' creatures. This build also gains fully powered Harbor Bandit, another very good clock. Add in some curve filler and creatures to swap with Switcheroo and you have what I think is a pretty sweet BU sealed deck. Oh, and I chose not to splash anything (even though Spears and Pacifisms were tempting) because I really just want to hit Nighthawks on turn 3 like 100% of the time and I have 2 double blue cards also. This Deck was built in 0:21:43Total Deck Size: 4017 Lands --------------- 7 Island 10 Swamp 15 Creatures --------------- 1 Augur of Bolas 2 Bloodhunter Bat 1 Bloodthrone Vampire 2 Giant Scorpion 1 Harbor Bandit 1 Jace's Phantasm 1 Kraken Hatchling 1 Liliana's Shade 2 Primal Clay 2 Vampire Nighthawk 1 Vedalken Entrancer 8 Other Spells --------------- 1 Cower in Fear 1 Divination 2 Encrust 1 Essence Drain 1 Switcheroo 2 Unsummon
