Classic card that will probably never be printed again. Stupid regeneration.

When Terror wasn't in 7th I figured we'd never see it again. Then, a couple years later, it pops up in Mirrodin. And a few years after that, 10th.

I wouldn't write it off completely, they're bound to slip it in again sometime.

It's possible. I think the whole "why are we randomly hosing regeneration" thing will wear off and cards like Terror and Incinerate will be ok to print again. It will only take one mistake regeneration card to cause an uproar.

I don't think so. We have exile , sacrifice and -x/-x to counter regeneration. No need to put the anti-regen clause on destruction and damage (the things regeneration is meant to counter). If a too-good regenerator starts causing problems, they will give us Grasp of Darkness / Path to Exile / Cruel Edict , not Terror / Incinerate .

Terror is a classic. It also does something that many current forms of removal don't: hoses regeneration.

Sadly, it doesn't hose the #1 color for regenerate.
