If I use Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to sacrifice Blightsteel Colossus , would the damage be done in poison counters?

Since the card is spelled wrong and I cannot find it, here's the general answer:

The ability will specify the source of the damage. So if it says that the sacrificed creature deals the damage, then it will result in poison counters, since the Colossus had infect at its last moment on the battlefield. If it says that the Lich Lord deals the damage, then, unless it has infect as well, the damage will cause loss of life, not poison counters.

Rules Q&A is the place to ask such questions by the way.

Edit: Just realized, that this is a spoiler. But that doesn't change the answer.

I spelled it the way I found it online. Sorry for posting in the wrong place. Thanks for the info though.

The ability is: Sacrifice another creature you control. Each opponent loses life equal to the power of the sacrificed creature. So thats just 11 regular damage right?

Actually, that's not damage at all, it is loss of life. while damage can cause loss of life, not every life loss is damage. Even if the Lich Lord had infect, the opponents would still lose life and not get any poison counters.

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are.

If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread (MTGO) or this thread (paper) to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible.  CoC violations should be reported to Customer Service using the "report post" button. Please do not disrupt the thread by making requests of either kind in-thread.
