 Spoiler: Show

5.0
: First pick no matter what pack.
4.5
: First pick pack 1.
4.0
: I will strongly consider playing this as the only card of its color.
3.5
: I feel a strong pull into this card’s color.
3.0
: This card makes me want to play this color.
2.5
: Several cards of this power level start to pull me to this color.
2.0
: Should generally make the deck if in this color.
1.5
: Decent filler.
1.0
: 23rd card if you have to.
0.5
: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in.
0.0
: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).

I agree with some of the top players when they say this is one of the best Drudge Skeletons style card that's been printed in a while.  This guy is really solid and can be really hard to kill.  Not a first pick but a mid pick.

I haven't used him but I think 2-2.25 would be the range.

2.0.  Usually a pretty sweet 1-drop.

I'm going to say 2.5. It doesn't seem like you can go wrong with this guy. He works in exalted decks as well as against them and for some reason opponents forget he can regenerate.

Those who fear the darkness have never seen what the light can do.

I've seen angels fall from blinding heights.
But you yourself are nothing so divine.
Just next in line.

2.5.  I love regen as an effect, especially for defensive units.  The extra Exalted is rather nice as well, and if one is running several exalteds, that defensive regen is important to keep an opponent at bay on their turn.

I'm interested to know how well a highly Exalted white/black deck does;  Aven Squire , Duskmantle Prowler , Duty-Bound Dead , Guardians of Akrasa , Knight of Glory , Knight of Infamy , and Servant of Nefarox are common/uncommon, so they are theoretically there to grab and one rare or mythic isn't impossible to hope for. Where I FNM draft, though, everyone is either afraid of such a deck or eager to build one that nobody comes out with more than a couple.

I suppose that means the Constructed forum is better for such musings, but if anyone has played or played against such a deck, I'd be interested in hearing how it went.

My best exalted experience so far has been a U/W deck that had 3-4 exalted guys.  5/4 Welkin Tern is pretty good!  I think if someone were able to put together Exalted.dek, with 10 or so Exalted guys, that deck would be very difficult to beat.  It's just so overdrafted right now, I don't see it happening.  Problem is, as in my example, Exalted guys are actually pretty good in any deck, so everyone wants them.

For me, grabbing the Mythic (or any Mythic) is impossible to hope for.  I have had horrendous luck in this set.  Between paper and online, I have now opened 42 packs (drafts, sealeds, a couple random packs here and there), and have seen exactly 1 Mythic.  I am not holding my breath waiting for Sublime Archangel .

The regen makes them an excellent later-game ground blocker, or an unkillable attacker if you have to.

3.0 due to exalted and 1 mana and in long run it helps single attackers.
