I really like the blue ring in sealed, and it goes very well with the scroll thief and fog bank. I initially built a blue / red deck because I had somehow not seen thragtusk. With a couple far seek I figured a three colour build was possible. Its a little greedy and the deck looks a bit strange with two ramp spells and nothing really to ramp into (only 4 cards above 3 CMC) but:
1. it can answer almost any threat between naturalise, encrust and searing spear
2. it can come back when behind with thragtusk
3. it has some inevitability with volcanic geyser and vedalken entrancer.
4. there are some decks that are just going to fold to turn 2 welkin tern / fog back turn 3 ring equip

This pool has allot of good red and green cards. You should always play 3 Searing Spear if they are in your pool, teamed up with 1 Arms Dealer you can pretty much kill any creature.
2 Farseek ramp you into into your 4 drops and enables a big 1 Volcanic Geyser .
1 Roaring Primadox enables some nice synergies with 1 Goblin Battle Jester ,
1 Mindclaw Shaman , 1 Thragtusk and 1 Yeva's Forcemage

Green, Red and White.  I just could NOT pass up splashing White for the Intrepid Hero + Rhox.  Rhox comboing with Thrag is awesome not to mention if you can get Primadox into the fun as well.

Only went with 16 Lands as 3 Farseeks rock when my highest cast is 5.  Although it was tough to cut the higher cards sadly had to be done.  I didn't bother with Hellion land because of enough creatures already and making sure of my mana.
