Don't use Huntmaster of the Fells if you're using Immerwolf . The Immer allows you to flip and stay flipped, so you're going to want cards that get better transformed, and stay better (whereas Huntmaster needs to continuosly cycle to get the best out of it). Instigator Gang , Mayor of Averbruck , and Pyreheart Wolf are all very cheap to pick up considering, and give you a lot of direct attacking power. With brute force, you free up spell slots for spot removal, burn, and artifact and enchantment hate. I'd try Bramblecrush and Ancient Grudge and Thundering Wrath there. Looks good as it is, mind, though as a werewolf player myself, I'm biased .

Huntmaster is good if it flips only once, and immerwolf makes it a 5/5. I run both in my deck.
ANYWAY, I'd go with alot of optimus's suggestions with the exception of a board wipe. I ran Blashpemous Act over whipflare. When you need it, it doesn't cost much and doesn't ignore artifact creatures. Oh and does enough damage to kill titans. Its like a $0.25 to $1 rare too. I would definatly drop the scorned villager for mayor's. Scorned is good in block constructed but a lanowar elf for 2 is kind of bad (its flip side is good but why are you ramping?) Look at gatstaf shepherd . Intimidate is a big thing. Its also a "bear" normally so its not that bad before flips. People saying huntmaster is needed, its not. It helps ALOT but I've won when it was a instigator gang. I wish Kruin Outlaw was playable, i really do. Everytime I put it on the board it died INSTANTLY. You do need moonmist, your opponent will never left your creatures flip if he can help it and you usually dont want to pass the turn without doing something ( Kessig Wolfrun , Devil's Play , Wolfbitten Captive are all good mana burners if you dont have anything to play for the turn). You need full moon's rise. Why do you need full moon's rise? Ratchet Bomb . First time back to magic playing werewolves and someone did that. I wanted to punch them in the face.
here's my decklist if it will help, yes it does run alot of rares but in actuallity most of them aren't that expensive (with the exception of huntmaster, cavern, and bonfire): 22 Lands: 4 x Mountain 6 x Forest 4 x Copperline Gorge 4 x Rootbound Crag 2 x Cavern of Souls 2 x Kessig Wolf Run
24 Creatures: 3 x Immerwolf 4 x Wolfbitten Captive 4 x Huntmaster of the Fells 3 x Gatstaf Shepherd 2 x Daybreak Ranger 4 x Mayor of Avabruck 4 x Reckless Waif
14 Spells: 3 x Full Moon's Rise 2 x Bonfire of the Damned 2 x Green Sun's Zenith 3 x Incinerate 4 x Moonmist
Sideboard: 2 x Naturalize 3 x Grafdiggers cage 3 x Beast Within 1 x Daybreak Ranger 1 x Full Moon's Rise 2 x Ancient Grudge 1 x Bonfire of the Damned 2 x Zealous Conscripts
For a cheaper version of my deck you can use: Blasphemous Act over bonfire, Instigator gang or Wolfir Silverheart over huntmaster. Caverns just replace with normal land.
Hope this helps a fellow werewolf player.
