I'm new to the site (as well as a bit new to magic), but I figured this was the place for my question.
Now, I know you can use Saving grasp and Fiend hunter to permanently exile creatures, so, technically, could you do the same with Deadeye and Hunter? Because does the soulbond effect of Deadeye resolve before hunter's ETB? What about the stack, would fiend hunter remain out of the battlefield until the original stack was emptied?

This is more of a Rules Q&A question. You'll get answers much more quickly there. That said, since Fiend Hunter and Deadeye Navigator 's abilities will trigger at the same time and you control both of them, you get to choose the order in which they go on the stack. If you put Fiend Hunter 's on the stack first, it'll resolve after the soulbond trigger does. Between the two resolving, you have time to cast spells and activate abilities. This means that you can then use the ability soulbond gives to Fiend Hunter before Fiend Hunter's ETB trigger resolves.
