For what it's worth, I actually wish Stevolutionary and I played on the same platform. I think he and I would get along terrifically if we could play against each other.
We're both classy guys to play with/against. No stupid messages, no cheating, no exploits. And we're both willing and eager to recount epic games/plays that happen.

Such is life.

I'll bring cake, ice cream, and tequila.

For the same reason marriage proposals happen at public events like baseball games, I'd imagine.

I'm welling up. :D

...I am hugely anti-cheat and anti-exploit, but do send the occasional stupid message but only to said cheaters and exploiters. If someone is classy in the game, then i'm classy back.

If you notice, all my - let's say "brusque" - posts on this forum are against people using exploits and those that defend them. Other than that, I generally keep nice. I just want a fair, balanced and respectful play environment and community, and hate people who seek to undermine that (although maybe going a bit down the "he who fights with monsters" route myself at times...)

This is how all people should look at competitive video gaming.  I am a fairly new Magic player and I have made my share of mistakes in 2HG and 4 player FFA games and then kids send you hateful messages.  I don't get it what is the point of that? The way I look at is if you win that should be good enough, you don't need to disrespect the person by messaging them and throwing it in their face. Also if you lose accept it... as long as they didn't cheat to win then it was your fault you lost no need to get mad at the other player.

Everybody just needs to chill and have a good time playing the game they love, no need for unnecessary stress.
