Craterhoof Behemoth  Primal Surge  If I cast Primal Surge (or something else that would cause a number of creatures to potentially show up at once) and yield a variety of creatures with Craterhoof Behemoth among them, do they all receive a bonus, as they're all seeing each other at the same time when they enter the battlefield?

Craterhoof's ability (the bonus given) is checked when the ability resolves. That's long after all the creatures enter the battlefield. The behemoth will see every creature brought in at the same time.

it's not strictly speaking at the same time in this case it makes no difference, but in case of Soul Warden  or similar it makes a difference
