your creature selection is by no means bad, but could be improved. there is nothing wrong with the big guys but you need to have the mana to play them and be able to draw into them. overgrown battlement  x4 will go a long way here. add to that multiples of cultivate  , harrow  , or caravan vigil  and you will have all the mana ramp you need to hit the titan consistantly. yeah, right now you don't have any elf creature that I would keep. all of them need there to be more than 1 to get a decent effect. trade those in for some leatherback baloth  s. green sun's zenith  is a game saver, and harmonize  and soul's majesty  are some of the best draw green has. and if you are going to run the arachnus spinner  then get some arachnus web  s.
