So on the site, www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.a..., it says this: Constructed decks must contain a minimum of sixty cards. There is no maximum deck size; however, you must be able to shuffle your deck with no assistance. If a player wishes to use a sideboard, it must contain exactly fifteen cards.
In the Tournament Rules, it only says this:
6.1 Deck Construction Restrictions Constructed decks must contain a minimum of sixty cards. There is no maximum deck size. If a player chooses to use a sideboard, it must contain exactly fifteen cards.
Why is there no mention of assistance there?

They got rid of the ableist restriction in the tournament rules but didn't update the site.

Assuming you check with the Head Judge and he or she gives you the go-ahead, yes.
And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real. --Erin McKean, Redefining the Dictionary
