Made a deck. I know it would benefit from Champion of the Parish and Thalia, wondering what else should / should not go in it. DUDES OUT FRONT (1-drops) 4 Doomed Traveler 4 Elite Vanguard (will become Champion of the Parish ) WHERE HAVE ALL THE WHITE KNIGHTS GONE? (2-drops) 4 Loyal Cathar 4 Elite Inquisitor REINFORCEMENTS (3-drops) 3 Crusader of Odric 3 Attended Knight BOD'S ODRIC (4-drops) 2 Odric, Master Tactician DON'T CALL ME LORD, CALL ME CAPTAIN (6-drops) 2 Captain of the Watch THE REST OF THE DECK 2 Oblivion Ring 2 Captain's Call 2 Ring of Thune 2 Zealous Strike 2 Moment of Heroism Lots of Plains In case you couldn't guess from the deck's composition, this is me trying to improve on the 2013 precon. I'm particularly interested to hear what I should stick in the sideboard, because I just don't know. I was looking to generate creature advantage through card advantage -- Loyal Cathar has undying of a sort, Doomed Traveler makes a replacement for himself, Attended Knight comes with another creature, Captain's Call is three creatures for one card -- I figure I'll play the foot game with my off-color Giant Growths until it's time to lay down Odric or the Captain and close in for the kill. Any recommendations (apart from INCLUDE CHAMPION OF THE PARISH) are welcome.

You have 24 lands, playing 60 cards, by the way
Anyways, onto recomendations:
-3 Crusader of Odric (She's okay, but you lack control hardcore) +3 Fiend hunter
-3 Attendant Knight +3 Blade Splicer (1/1 soldier and a 2/2 first strike < 1/3 human, 3/3 golem first strike)
-2 Captain of the Watch (slowwwwww) -2 Captain's Call (Equally slowwwwww) +4 Gideon's Lawkeeper
-2 Ring of Thune(decent card, but o-ring is better) +2 Oblivion Ring
-2 plains -2 Zealous Strike +3 Gather the Townsfolk +1 Moment of Heroism
Your deck now seems kind of slow, requiring pretty much all of your cards to be out and alive to be effective, and that just doesn't always work, especially since you've got 2 cards for control in the mainboard. With the above recomendations your creatures should be a little more independant and you should have no problems dealing with pesky big creatures.

I disagree with the recommendation to drop Captain of the Watch. She's a bomb, and not only that, but an INSANE topdeck. An instant swarm of threatening bodies for 6? Worth it.
I want to be Cultured.

Not worth it because it costs 6 mana.

So? 6 Mana isn't an impossible to achieve number... if she was say, a 5/5 lord with vigilance, I would agree with you, but the fact that her cost buys you 4 bodies makes it worth it imo. That's a big shift in field presence. Especially if you played a Geist honoured the turn before. Also, this deck as is wants to find a spot for cloudshift somewhere. Nuts with CotParish, the knight, and the captain herself.

6 cmc is still too much for an aggro deck. You dont want dead cards until turn 6 or later (probably later). Hero of Bladehold is way better and goes with the Human Soldier Theme. Captain of the Watch is only a good topdeck assuming you have the lands to play her.

Cloudshifting Champion of the Parish would be an awful thing to do. He'd lose all of his counters. Probably almost better to let him die then to try and shift him.

I'd say run only 1 captain of the watch . Just because it wouldn't hurt, your chances of drawing her are slim, and if for whatever reason the game gets passed turn 6-7, it would be nice to have her. I'd also reccomend cloudshift just incase, maybe like 2? your creature such as odric gets targeted, cloudshift it, it comes back. and for only 1 mana. the more counters or burn spells they waste the better.

I may be mistaken, but it seems like the suggestion of Cloudshift and Champion of the Parish is to cast the former on something else to pump the latter.
