You don't want to splash red here. Any deviation from mono black will hurt the effectiveness of Vampire Noctornus.
I've been following this thread for a bit now and I have to ask. I see no reason to run Cavern of Souls here instead of just more swamps. Just curious why they are in there if i'm missing something.

Its mostly as an anti control measurement. 4 might be a little excessive but there's always at least 1 blue control deck. It's to make sure my guys dont get dissipated or anything

Duress  or Appetite for Brains  will deal with Control decks. Don't need a splash of red here.

Not loving your instants. I'd probaby drop all but 2 Doom Blade  and 2 Tragic Slip  . I'd add 2 Go for the Throat  and 2 Geth's Verdict  . I'd replace Cower in Fear with Black Sun's Zenith  and/or Mutilate  . Cower seems kind of cute. You need sacrifice and board sweepers to deal with nasties like Geist of Saint Traft  , Mirran Crusader  , and Birds carrying Sword of Feast and Famine  . I wouldn't want too many Doom Blade because you will be drawing dead against Zombies. A couple of Nihil Spellbomb  or Surgical Extraction  would be good. Personally, I like Memoricide  out of the sideboard since I already know what I want to target usually if I am dipping into the sideboard. Otherwise. I am depending on the contents of their hand.
