Oooh, that's a good one. The madness makes it amazing to play with Wild Mongrel (which in turn goes with the card Gush which I love so much). But I like this kind of ability even without madness attached. I loved Darkthicket Wolf and Putrid Leech was stellar.

For me it's Timetwister , the amount of profanity coming from people when I played it on the first turn was hilarious. Honarble mentions Wheel of Fortune and Windfall .
