So, right now I currently play U/R Delver.  Unfortunately, given that I'm paying for magic right now by playing more magic, I only own one Bonfire of the Damned that I opened from a pack.  I have never topdecked that card and been able to use it without the help of a Ponder allowing me to plan for it.  Either I end up drawing it in my opener or I draw it off of a cantrip (and in the case of Thought Scour , if I draw it there I don't have the mana to use it).  But even without the ability to miracle it and destroy people, it's still awesome for me at 1, 2, and god forbid if I get up to 3.  It keeps surprising me just how solid the card is even when you're just playing it.

(On a more unrelated note, screw Dungrove Elder .  I played against this weird "mono green" deck that splashed for red and white to play Restoration Angel and Huntmaster of the Fells , plus probably some sideboard stuff playing the extra colors off of Abundant Growth , Birds of Paradise , and apparently Sphere of the Suns .  He had two Dungrove Elder in game 1, two dungroves in game 2 (which I thankfully had Mana Leak + Snapcaster Mage for), and four dungroves in game 3.   Green Sun's Zenith only searched out one of those dungroves in game 1 and the rest were drawn naturally.  Seriously, how the frick do I beat that?  I dealt with the first two, but then he drew into two more.  My only out at the end of game 3 was a bonfire, but I already said that I don't ever get to miracle those.  He told me at the beginning of the match that his deck was bad and that I would probably beat him.  Now I know why he was 3-1 up to that point: he is a lucky fool.)
