Angels so far worked both sides of the good/evil spectrum.
So will there be a Demon or more that can work both sides of the spectrum?

 has a lot more phiolosophical excuse for evil thn has for good. Angels and demons in MTG are made of their respective manna. Meaning angel's have acess to all the worst has to offer. Demons, on the other hand, are stuck with the nonstop jerkassery that is , and there's not much there to make a good (morally) character with. Not sure how much of that was unnecessary for you. Sorry for reiterating whatever parts you already knew.

No, Demons represent the worst aspect of black, they live to exploit and cause suffering. It is something that ties the creature type together.
Black at it's best is just amoral, helping others because it ultimately helps itself.
… and then, the squirrels came.

What happened with fallen angel ? Presumably she was originally made of white mana and took the worst of white too far. But is she now made of black mana? or is it just a coating of black on top of the basic white? While I can't quite see a demon turning white would it be more possible for a devil to do so? Red has a few traits that might lead it that way.
I've bought the cards and made a deck Now how do I win at this?

The Fallen Angel (once known as Trine of the Serran Angels) was summoned by a mage at the behest of a warlord. The mage was slain and the angel subjected to wearing a crown called the horned halo which bound her for all time. The warlord was slain by the mage's apprentice, who was the one who came up with the entire idea. The apprentice made her do awful, terrible things for so long that it utterly corrupted her in a truly Fallen Angel.

To be fair, Maro only said no demons, not no good demons. Making good or at least neutral characters is quite easy, actually. A good demon is harder to do than a good human, but it's still possible.

I remember seeing someone on YMTC post these exact Cards but I do not feel like hunting the thread down but here are the cards they designed. I did not design these. Betrayer of Light Creature - Angel Flying White Creatures get -1/-1. Demon Creatures get +1/+1. 3/3 Betrayer of Darkness Creature - Demon Flying Black Creatures get -1/-1. Angel Creatures get +1/+1. 3/3 To be fair I did not like these designs at all.
Blocks I liked: (+1) Invasion Onslaught Mirrodin Time Spiral Lorwyn Zendikar Return to Ravnica Blocks I disliked: (-1) Oddesy Champions of Kamigawa Time Echoes Innistrad Any Released Blocks not listed in this Sig Blocks I neutralize: (+/-0) Ravnica City of Guilds Shadowmoor Shards of Alara Scars of Mirrodin http://community.wizards.com/paranoia

If you think that race is irrelevant then is is just as easy to make a human "good" as a "demon".
If you think that race is relevant then there is no way to make demons "good" or "neutral".
Creative has decided that creature types do matter, that being a demon represents something. Having a "good" demon is counter to the point of having demons.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And i think Maro makes a good point. The evil angels are evil because:
A) THey are fallen. They are no longer angels in anything but form. They represent something powerful. B) They are misguided. White in it's zealous nature sometimes goes overboard. And angels are a good representation of white to the extreme. These characters are "evil" they our standpoint, but not evil by thier own.
So what would a white demon represent:
A) A redeemed demon. though that's kind of an oxymoron since a demon was never pure or good. Could a demon see the error of his way, the suffering he's caused and decide to do good? I don't think so, demons don't think that way, it' isn't thier nature.
Perhaps this could be used to show the power of white able to tame the savage beast. This idea is much, much, much,much, much better captured by the Church of Avacyn binding the demons, and forcing them to wear collars.
B) They are misguided. They think they are doing evil, when in fact that are doing good. Unlike with good people unknowningly doing evil, evil people unknowningly doing good doens't make a character good. They are still evil, and will still hurt people if given the chance. It just so happens that this time they aren't.
… and then, the squirrels came.
There's tons of ways to make demons  aligned. You could have a reverse fallen angel thing (magical entities turning demons  instead of turning angels  ), you could have a demon focusing his power craving into altruistic goals, or you could even have a "reverse corruption". A heroic  aligned demon would simply be a normal demon that sees benefit in helping other beings. Not unusual in any way except benevolence.
