I know they're basically 'who plays the most' but what factor into the points?
Difficulty? Whether or not your playing an Encounter or a real deck? What about the plane or whether or not your doing the Revenge portion?

You mean the single player leaderboard?
Who knows. I am not sure why they even keep track of that part.

Its just difficulty planeswalker gives the most point it does matter if u play revenge, normal, or encounters
