When ~ enters the battlefield, Put a blaze counter on each land without a blaze counter on it. For as long as those lands land have a blaze counter on them, they have "At the beginning of your upkeep, this land deals 1 damage to you."

As an additional cost to cast ~, discard any number of red cards and/or Mountain cards from your hand.
Add to your mana pool for each card discarded this way.

Search target opponent's library for a card, reveal it,  and put it into his or her hand. Molten Message deals damage to that player equal to that card's converted mana cost. Then that player shuffles his or her library.

I have no idea how broken this card is.
