Thanks, I was trying to figure out how to do those. And I knew the U=Blue B=Black thing, I just forgot it for a second, but thanks for reminding me.

I'm fairly certain a number of folks have said fiddling with the speed and turn restrictions of playing lands is one of the lines they plan not to cross.
That being said, I really don't think flash has any meaning in conjunction with lands.

Maybe something like
"During other player's turns you may play lands as though it were your turn."

Flash specifically says cast in the rules text. Land is not cast, it is played. So that card does literally nothing more than give you a 2/2 body, Dudibus.
