Is the game suppose to be messing around with my lights, making them flicker on and off while changing colors? It's kind of annoying thinking the game is doing something to my computer that it shouldn't be, but I was told by someone else it's suppose to do it for asthetic reasons.

It is supposed to. You can turn it off, right click Alienware AlienFX and click Go Dark. Should fix your issue, I just tried it out and it worked for me.

Oooh, this is good to know. Didn't even realize that 3rd party software could affect the lighting. Disabled that and now it's not changing on me. Wonder if there's a pattern to how it changes colors though.

Alienware is one of the sponsors and developers implemented that flickering lights as a feature. It is not randomly happening.
