Tidings makes this deck miles better than cloudburst. Having no card draw in a U/R deck was a joke. Krenko's deck just got a counter.

I seriously can't undersatand why they can't make the obvious U/R deck.
The designer(s) of this deck just threw crap on the wall and hope it stuck.
There's little reason to include some of the cards (and they're sub-par), and it's missing (or doesn;t include enough of) many of the obvious choices.
It doesn't hold up to the core 2013 decks, that's for sure.

Im no pro, but it seems like a lot of people are still wearing 2012 glasses. This game is slower on the most part, and all but odric and krenko dont start 'going' until turn 3/4. By turn 3 with this deck, youre sat with a few cheap sweepers, or plop down wee drugonaughts as a body to stop weenies. You can also use its buffing ability to burn a cratures thats buffing as the opponent attacks, allowing you to pick off their forces. As aggro decks run out of cards youre still going strong. tidings  should of been in cloudburst.

Card draw is only useful if you can take advantage of it. If you can't play more than 1 card a turn all that's going to happen is you'll end each game around turn 7 with a handful of cards and no life - I think this is the worst deck they have ever made for any of the duels games ever, no exageration - they've actually designed a red blue deck that I have no interest in playing
What makes it worse is that all the other decks are so good, which makes this decks crappiness even more frustrating - I hope these decks arent finalised because this needs a big overhaul in order to be remotely playable

For anyone wondering what a good red blue deck looks like, check out the link below: www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.a...This deck has no rares and was restricted to standard cards only but it would wipe the floor with mindstorms every time

It certainly looks a bit subpar compared to everything else, but it's a blue/red deck with some card draw and burn, which is what I would want with a red/blue deck. I mean, I'll certainly give it a shot. It just seems like there could have been a couple better choices than a few of these, but I guess I can't say anything else until I give it a shot.
