Perhaps a bit late to the party, but this is the build I run.
Sewer Nemesis and Vulturous Zombie is too good a combo to ignore, with Mortivore benefiting from nemesis as well.

I'm considering running Grave Pact instead of Asceticism or the last Evolving Wilds.

Nice looking deck.
Don't forget. Don't try to tutor Sewer Nemesis with Defense of the Heart .
Doesn't work.

OK, here are three SS builds with different themes and feeling, but which are all effective. My personal favourite is the Ramp-Focused build; it has a relatively constant tempo, and you're never short of options. It gets card advantage from the elders and oracles, and loves to fill up the board with hard-to-move fatties. The sacrifice themed build is what I ran with closer to the release of the expansion; for me, this build really accentuates the intended flavour of the deck. Greater good on a pumped nemesis or rancor can pretty much set up your hand for the win, and holding off until then shouldn't be a problem with all the available removal and . The most fun combo would have to be having slime (even better if rancor'd) with greater good and gleancrawler on the b/f. Another fun win-con is getting a rancor on lord of extinction (note -- if you're against blue, I wouldn't play LoE until you have greater good on the b/f). The final build is one that I put together recentlty when looking for a way to incorporate the Bellowing Stranglewurm; the build is a little less stable (i.e. less consistent), as it sacrifices some card advantage and removal options for surprise potential. Obviously, activating a defense of the heart is the biggest play this deck can have, fetching twin lieges v green decks, spiritmongers v black, and a tanglewurm and pelakka v other decks. Otherwise, the deck can still ramp naturally into it's big threats while keeping the opponent at bay with it's removal -- although it's obviously a little less efficient at this than the other builds. So if you're after something new, perhaps there's something here you haven't tried before...

Replacing the lord of extinction with a second mitotic slime will also work, as would other minor modifications, I'm sure.

Replacing ravenous rats with scute mobs is one suggested modification.
