1) I use artifact deck. I have one card that says "All permanents are artifact in adition to their tipe" and i combine with another that have the ability to "Gain control of another artefact in play (this effect doesn't end at the end of turn)". So, if i take control of an oponent creature that was casted two or more turns ago, ¿Can i attack with that creature? 2) With the card that "all permanent are artifact...", ¿lands and enchantment are artifacts too? Thanks!

1. since you did not control that creature since the beginning of your most recent turn you cannot attack. that's why practically all temporary steal effects grant haste 2. yes, they are permanents and will be affected by the Lattice

Not yet. When a creature gets stolen, it also catches Summoning Sickness. You'll have to wait for your next turn to attack with it.

Yes.

1. No, you must have controled it since the begining of your turn. You will be able to attack your next turn.
2. Yes, everything on the battlefield is a permenant.

...but Memnarch doesn't.

No. You have not controlled it since the beginning of your most recent turn.
Summoning sickness doesn't care how long things have been on the battlefield. It cares about how long you have controlled things.
2) With the card that "all permanent are artifact...", ¿lands and enchantment are artifacts too?
Yes. Lands and enchantments are both permanents. Mycosynth Lattice will make them artifacts in addition to what they were already.
And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real. --Erin McKean, Redefining the Dictionary
