I have had nothing but good experiences with CoolStuffInc - they may have slightly ridiculous shipping prices, but they make up for it with their "Deck Builder" feature.
I've also had no problems with Ebay, but wouldn't use them for buying anything more than a handful of Singles.

Bad experiences with:
koolkingdom.co.uk - cheap prices, however very poor customer service (extremely bad communication, wait ages for a refund). Also lists cards that are out of stock and allow you to order them (with no notification on the site that they're out of stock)
