Well you don't really need think twice. Instead in the 2 open slots run 2 Inquisition of Kozilek/Thoughtseize.

There was 4 slots for Think Twice. You don't think there needs to be any sort of draw in the deck? Thought Scour or even something else?

Do you think I can gain enough life from Wurmcoil Engine and Batterskull (much later in the game) to justify running two Thoughtseize; plus the Watery Grave ? I prefer Thoughtseize over I. of Kozilek, but Thoughtseize hits a HELL of a lot more.

Either is fine. Only problem is that inquisition does not hit resto angel/bloodbraid elf/pod/splinter twin and the 18land tron's win conditions. Inquisition is perfectly fine you just have to find it out for yourself which works better. If you dont go watery grave+thoughtseize on turn 1 and conserve life total as much as you can without sacrificing too much it would work either way.

Is Dismember  and Tragic Slip  that much of a better choice then Tendrils of Corruption  ? Is it a cost thing?

damnation  and maybe sphinx of jwar isle  as an evasive wincon. if you use tolaria west  you could add in engineered explosives  i think 4 cryptics is too mana intensive. 1-2 i think would be better and maybe you could add in dissipate
