Yeah that is why I took out all those big guys and put in Nightmare. That way no matter what they steal it's useless.
But I tend to tweak my decks against specific ones. I have already figured out the best way to beat Crosswinds, but now I am trying to figure out how to take down Celestial Light.

You should probably remove Nightmare too. And Phage isn't worth it.
My decklist right now is something like:
2x Fume Spitter 2x Innocent Blood 2x Nantuko Shade 2x Jet Medallion 1x Vampire Nighthawk 1x Last Kiss 2x Sign in Blood 1x Infest 4x Murder 4x Liliana's Shade 1x Mutilate 1x Nekrataal 1x Tendrils of Corruption 1x Diabolic Tutor 1x Dread 1x Grave Titan 1x Phyrexian Obliterator 1x Massacre Wurm 1x Nightmare 1x Phage the Untouchable 1x Nightmare Incursion 2x Corrupt 2x Exsanguinate
This is what I'm trying against CL right now.
My main problem is I either get overrun early game, or stabilize and can't finish the job before they come back.
Although I've only run 3 test games against it so far and I'm 1-2 so far.
My two cents
I would drop Last Kiss for Mire's Toll - I don't find Last Kiss too useful and the lifegain is minimal. I want to destroy things outright with my removal. Mire's Toll can be brutal, especially late game when you can combine it with Liliana's Specter
2 Jet Medallion feels like overkill. One is good and I would hate to topdeck it late game when I need something else.
Swap Dread for Griselbrand - Okay, its expensive, but a 7/7 flying lifelinking draw engine is far too good to not include. Also, if you get hit with some early discard and you have a Rise from the Grave , you can have him out turn 5.
Swap Phage the Untouchable for Rune-Scarred Demon - You want to have as much tutor power as possible since tutors are essentially an extra copy of every non-land card in your deck. And this one comes with a flying 6/6.
Drop Nightmare Incursion , especially 1vs1 - It doesn't advance your board, you need a large amount of swamps to power it, and to top it off the time you have to actually select the cards is stupidly small, and if you don't get all the cards in time, it has no effect whatsoever. Poor. I'd put the Icy Manipulator in its place

Do you think I should still keep Run Scarred Demon over Phage even against Celestial Light?
I feel like if I am going to only include 1 Jet Medallion I might as well take that out too, since it is only really useful turn 2. And how often am I going to draw it in time if I only have 1 copy.

I agree with some of the commentary above and disagree with others. Liliana's Specter s are awesome. I almost always get a 2-1 out of them (they lose one card on the discard and spend another card to either trade creatures or remove it). And for a control deck, getting a 2-1 is exactly what you want. I would run 4 if I could. Same thing with Mire's Toll . Cast around turn 4-5 when they only have 3 cards left in hand and you see what threats they have and get rid of the best one. It is a win in almost every situation. Doesn't help much against turbo mill, but every other matchup it shines for a single mana. Even a late game top-deck can be useful when you see they are holding onto a few cards and you don't know what they are. Knowledge is power. IMHO, Exsanguinate is a pure 2HG card and should not be run in 1-vs-1 decks. Liliana wants to control and that card has no control qualities about it. I agree with everyone about Nightmare Incursion . I'd rather run a card that removes a threat from the board then a card that removes a potential future threat that my opponent might or might not draw. Cut. I actually like Last Kiss . It lets me remove a weenie at instant speed with just a touch of lifegain to help me hang around vs. fast agroo. Love to nuke those turn 3 Goblin Chieftain s] with it. I know lots of people don't like it, so YMMV. Phage is so much weaker than several other OD bombs you are not running. She does not control the board and your goal with this deck dictate the flow of the game until you can drop a bomb they no longer have answers for. Rune-Scared Demon and Grislebane are both amazing. Get them into the deck. I also think CL is an easy matchup for OD. The white deck has so few real threats that can actually kill you and you as OD have so much removal. Just save your removal for things that are dangerous. Who cares if they are attacking you with a 2/2 flyer/lifelinker? Save those Murder s for Baneslayers or Sovereigns and let the rest of their trash get caught up in your sweepers or blocked. I'll grant you that CL sticking a Well of Lost Dreams or the occasional Warhammer can be a problem, but the Well is a powerhouse against lots of decks and the Warhammer needs creatures (which OD is very good at removing) to be effective. Running Icy Manipulators or Underworld Dreams just gives CL targets for their Solemn Offering s. Just for the record (so people can say my build is terrible), this is my 1-vs-1 build. For me, it does great against every deck except for the two mono blues (and even then it is a coin toss). I play it as pure control. Remove. Remove. Bomb. The only few changes I might make are including the Befoul s to screw up multi-colored mana base/additional removal and/or the Fume Sputter as an early drop. But not sure what I would cut to get either of them in. And I will occasionally switch out a few of my bombs just for variety (i.e. Dread out and Pestilence Demon in).

Rune-Scarred Demon is an auto-include, regardless of what deck you are facing.

Don't discount Phage. I've won 2 games using her ability since I put it in about a month ago. That's not bad odds.
