The M13 intro packs are all mono-colored and all feature foils of the cycle of M13 legendary creatures.

Suggested MSRP is $12.99, but they usually go closer to $20 in my experience.

If the blue deck contains something equally awesome to Talrand, I think I'm gonna pick it up. Otherwise, I'm just gonna stick to buying the single. $4 for Talrand right now on SSG.
