Citanul Flute is a good idea, it was in an early card list. Now that I have less draw and tutor, it's probably worth putting back.
I already have Door of Destinies. I used to use it in a rogue deck, I'll see how it works.

It's not as good for an ally deck since you can't recur or copy it, but white has its own Kazuul Warlord .

Dr,
You getting any games in with this? Mine is similar, but it getting smashed by most "regular" decks. I just cannot seem to get out or bounce allies fast enough to matter

Only tested it once. Did OK. I found that I don't want ANY creatures in my hand except allies. So going to start by removing the sliver and cadaver imp and finding a few more allies/changelings to throw in.
I had a great thing going with Sun Titan and Minion Relfector - definitly two of the best utility in the deck. Especially the relfector.
I think cloudstone curio is going to be awesome too if I can get it into play.
Doubling Seaason and Turntimber Ranger also was nuts.
Have not won yet... will keep working on it! It's not my main deck so only sees play in very casual situations so far (I play in a pretty competitive group.)

Just some thoughts: - You have no card advantage to speak of outside Necropotence, which is a nice card. But if you don't draw it or a tutor to get it you have no other means of drawing extra cards. Unless you count your fetch lands. - Speaking of which, you have 9 different lands that will fetch a basic land, but only 26 actual mana producing lands. Seems like you'd be better off with more mana lands, utility lands like Gavony Township and Vault of the Archangel , some combination of land fetches from creatures like Sylvan Ranger and spells like Cultivate , and maybe only 2-3 fetching lands. - I can see some scenarios where your ability to flicker your board could be great. But if you don't have the necessary second &/or third card in your hand or in play, all I see is you removing the +1/+1 counters from your allies. Is that happening, or are your flicker combos (like Sudden Disappearance + Wrath of God) working out? - Rune-Scarred Demon . Yeah, he's 3 more cmc than Diabolic tutor , but since you are flickering so much, wouldn't he be a repeatable tutor?

As always, very good points...
What other card advantage do you recommend?
I am a huge fan of deck thinning with fetch lands. I may aquire Gavony Township and Vault of the Archangel, but I don't think I'll remove too many fetches. I am not too familiar with the latest block as I have stopped playing standard, so thanks for those suggestions.
Board flicker is questionable. I'll have to play more games to see if I like it or not.
Rune-Scarred Demon - good idea.
If I was going to go with Sylvan ranger, I might go with elvish or treefolk harbinger instead. They can find changelings too.
