A draft with the set I started with? Count me in. This one is a no brainer, I take the sweeper. It's also cutting red really nice. Slice and Dice 
I'm a Rules Advisor now  "Simple questions" usually need rather complex answers, while complex questions often come down to no more than a simple "yes" or "no". Some of my favorite Flavor texts:

Although I do like me some Slice and Dice, for me the pick is Cruel Revival  , near perfect removal and gets me back a zombie (usually a Skinthinner or Cutthroat).

This was the last set I played and the only time I've gone to a sealed prerelease tournament. I left when Mirrodin block came in (hated that set) Fun to see it again, I really liked the set.
Slice and Dice
We may not stick with red, but non-specific removal is tough to beat, and it can also be cycled to clear out lowbies and net us a card.
Tolkein was a jerk. Seriously, what DM sends 9 Wraith Lords at a Lvl 2 party of Halflings.
The only 'correct' way to play D&D is by whatever method is making the group you have at that session, have the most fun.

I like Slice and Dice. Early game it reads "   : Draw a card and deal 1 damage to target creature or player." Late game it reads "Destroy most creatures."
Contest-Specific Redeemable Prizes:
DaytimeLantern - +5 points on any score-based contest. Redeemable once. If contest is multiple rounds, only redeemable in a single round.

I'm not familiar enough with the set to make a decision as to which, so put 1 vote for slice and 1 vote for revival.

It was revealed to me in a dream. All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.
FULL DISCLOSURE: The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold. I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.
EDIT: I just remembered. The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.
EDIT2: Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this. My opponents have been very angry. I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch. Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.
EDIT3: Streak broken. Lost to an unexpected Overrun.  Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.

honestly, the two are pretty close, but I'm gonna go with the sweeper.
