Some people just say "go" or wave their hand. Wondering if there's a better, more polite but quick method, universally recognized. Real cross-culture kind of stuff.

I don't know about existing precedents, but I usually either say "Your turn" or "I end the turn." Any sort of vaguely noticeable indication that the turn is over is good enough (I hate playing guys who just sit there and force you to ask if you can go).
Don't worry, I'm a doctor.

I usually sya "your go", or "your turn" as soon as I finish.

I usually say "That's you", "Pass turn", or something similar. If I gesture it's usually because I'm taking a sip of my drink or deep in thought about the board position.

I hadn't really thought about this, but I usually go with one of these "I'm done" "Go" "Go ahead" and "Your Turn"
The end is always nigh.

Done, pass, go, your turn, I end my turn. As long as my opponent says something that denotes the end of their turn clearly I don't really care what phrase they use.

"Your turn"
My decks, mostly casuals, but some I use online with some small changes:

Some people will take any gesture at all as saying "It's your turn." From "Go." to a hand motion, to you Path to Exileing their attacker. Which reminds me. It really bothers me when people try to start taking their turn WHEN IT IS ALREADY THEIR TURN.
