Flicker control? Venser lockdown with stonehorn dignitary. Mix it with blue for control and mill, or go the other way for a more aggressive deck.
It's pretty decent.

Well I liked going mono white and fiend hunter and Leonin Relic-Warder with conjurer's closet or venser then stack on cloudshift , restoration angel , or deadeye navigator to permanently exile stuff it was fun not super competitive.

I have been flickering Acidic Ooze, Blade Splicer, Master Splicer, Glimmerpost (may not seem obvious at first ) all to great effect. White-Green-Blue in that order. To get the mana right you need 4 Caverns and a couple duals and Birds. 4 Ghostly Flicker, 4 Cloudshift and 2 Conjurers Closet.

Yeah that is really good. Having Venser in the deck makes everything worth wild.

I'm still trying to understand how things work with flicker. Because I know with Zealous Conscripts when they hit the board, I'll take a permanent from my oppenent, and then if I bounce that permanent, I'll gain permanent control. But how does it work with Fiend hunter what is the timing that needs to happen in order for it to be completely removed from game. Oh side note if Fiend hunter removes fiend hunter what happens?

I cant try to explain, but unless your farmilar with the stack it will be hard to grasp. The steps: 1) Have fiend hunter enter play (dosent mater how) 2) Target creature your want exiled for good with fiend hunter triggered ability. (creature A) Now this is where it gets messy 3) Target the hunter with cloud shift or similar effect (BEFORE creature A leaves play but after you target A) 4) The fiend hunter returns to play being a new object. than makes a new target. (creature B) 5) Target B get exiled (it was on the stack last so resolves first) 6) Target A get exiled (it was interupted a bunch of times) Now what happened was that creature A is exiled but the fiend hunter is not the "same" fiend hunter. This is because it changed zones. So when the fiend hunter leaves only B was exlied with this "new" fiend hunter. The "old" fiend hunters ability goes through even it it left play.
It is overly complex for a simple concept

Sorry I only use the Internet at work and i just took a vacation. Well think it is ok but not much of a win condition. You only have 4 cards to do damage so looks like you might have and issue with that and your curve is high and fast decks will stomp throw if you can't stall.
