Hi, just wondering if anyone has some ideas for the deck.
Basically the idea is get Shirei in play with a sac outlet and sac all the creatures with come into play or hits the graveyard effects each turn to cripple my opponents. Let me know what you think.

Why do you have an urbog, and no a cabal coffers?
Also I would suggest that you get an maze of ith.
Also a mikeaus, caged sun, and gauntlet of power.

Mikaeus, caged sun and gauntlet of power all ruin the point of a shirei deck. Nirkana Revenant and Planar Lense are the only ones that really assist the deck. My suggestions would be: 1 x Haunted Crossroads  1 x Phyrexian Plaguelord  1 x Fallen Angel  1 x Khabal Ghoul  1 x Bitter Ordeal  1 x Helm of Possession  1 x Gate to Phyrexia  1 x Reprocess  1 x Ring of Ma'ruf  1 x Lim-Dul's Vault  Sorry, those last two were tests to see if I could use deck tags to auto card... AND THEY WORK.

Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power and Mikeaus actually harm this deck. They make it so Shirie doesn't bring your creatures back from the graveyard - same with Skullclamp.
I've been playing Shirei for a long time and have been through many itterations of the deck. Unless I'm not seeing something, it loooks like you need a stronger, more definite, win condition. Once you have the opponent beaten down and unable to keep anything on the board, you need to pull out the surprise to finish them off - although I did win a few games by boring a person to death. I use It That Betrays  , Sanguine Bond  / Exquisite Blood  , and Exsanguinate  as finishers. Thinking of adding in a few more tricks like Mind Slaver  / Junk Diver  .
A lot of people go discard with Shirei, but most of the effects are "Only play this as a sorcery" , and I like to do Shirei tricks on every players turn, so I go more with creatures that can sac themselves while I have Grave Pact  , or Butcher of Malakir  out, plus run Smokestack  and Braids, Cabal Minion  to just detroy their board.
Learn to autocard!!!

Easiest way to do that is to put deck tags around it... eg. [ deck= Shirei] 1 Mox Jet 1 Sol Ring 1 Mana Crypt 1 Dark Confidant [ /deck] You must include a number before the card is the only hiccup I've seen. This appears as, without spaces between the brackets: Shirei1 x Mox Jet  1 x Sol Ring  1 x Mana Crypt  1 x Dark Confidant
